NLOC ISP having issues

The NLOC.Net site is down till ISP issue is resolved.
Their ISP's network has been attacked apparently.

Out ISP provider has been attack by a hackers(s) since this afternoon. This is the message that they have on their service site:

**NOTICE**

At this time we are experiencing problems due to
malicious person(s) attacking our network, please be patient and services will be restored as soon as possible

Not to go off topic on this but I HATE HACKERS (those that write viruses and attack things, not the rest). Punishments I feel they should recieve are unpostable.
