Pleae Help Guys!!
Hi everybody-new here-great forum!! I have a dilemma. I really miss my 93 cobra. I am in a position to buy a new L or cobra. My problem is as follows. Will there be improved horsepower on 03 lightning? Will there even be one in03? If I get the cobra will i roll it for 12-18 months and then there is a new body style cobra with a 5.0 block and just as much or even more horse than the 390 on the 03 cobra. Sorry for all the ?? but this is a real investment that I would keep for a while(company car =daily driver). Thanks for everything. Signed, Clueless in Wichita

I realize the diff between the truck and car- my major issue is will Ford raise the bar so much on both vehicles next year that I would be happier if I waited until the new models are out for late 03s or 04s. Thanks again!!
I'd say wait for the new G.T. 40 to come out and get that. Better place your order now though!!
Either that or wait a few years for the Lightning. I do miss shifting gears in a car, but that also got old real quick. I love my truck, and there are only a few things that I would/am going to change to fit my lifestyle. But that's all personal opinion. What do you want? A fast car, low to the ground, where you are sure to have fun, or a fast truck (can be made low to the ground) where you are sure to have fun. No one can make the decision for you.

There will be too much competition in the near future with sport trucks not too.
