Please reply to my E-mail if you want to sell me an exhaust system......JDM has been promising that they will ship my system
(that by the way they charged to my mastercard 2 months ago) every week when I call (oh, its going out in two days......yeh right). So today I FINALLY receive it....was supposted to get their "TWIN MUFFLER" set-up and after all the phone calls and E-mails asking for a date as when they will ship it and getting false promises everytime(not to metion last week JUSTIN@JDM saying "You have my word that you WILL receive your exhaust this Saturday 2-9-02"), they shipped me the "SINGLE MUFFLER" set-up today 2-16-02!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That sucks dude! JDM has always been pretty good to me. Have you called Jim about this? I'll bet if you lay it out to him that your less than impressed, he would go out of his way to help you. If not, good luck with the PSP system, I hope no matter what, you have a nice sounding L in the end!!

 

That sucks...Nothing worse than somebody who promises something and then does not deliver. Good luck..

 

Thanks for the reply "whip", but I don't like dealing with tuners or any business for that matter that acts like they don't care what you think. I've talked to Justin & Julie, told them my story, and not a single "I'm sorry" or " I'll get right on it"!!!!!! Jim is so busy, I doubt he knows about it, but he will Monday morning!!!

I agree with SLVRLTNG. This does not belong on the F150online Forums, it is between you and a vendor. I am closing this thread and recommending that you take this offine or to the vendor's website.
