I get a 90mm Mass Air and A 5# Lower Pulley. Will I be safe with just a reburn? Mods in Sig.

yes its best to run the cooler plugs with a 5# pulley remember stock plugs are for stock trucks. Just order a set of the denso's

I still can't figure out why people are changing over to the Densos if the NGK's work just as well. I mean it is a lot of money at least a $70 difference in price. You just have to figure out what heat range you need.

I'm not the spark plug expert, but this is what I think is the popular opinion on this board. Feel free to correct me if I'm off.

TR-5 stock, maybe 2lb pulley
TR-6 2lb-4lb pulley, maybe small shot (50-75) nitrous
BR7xxx 4lb+ pulley, maybe bigger shot (100-150) nitrous

I think you are a little off there. The TR6 is a cold plug that may be best past a 4# pulley. I am running TR5's with a 3# pulley and a DiabloSport chip and JL AirKit. So far, so good!
