What were the recalls/TSB's for the 99?

A buddy is looking seriously at a '99 and I'm trying to do a little research on his behalf.
Wasn't there an issue with the intercooler?

Any help would be appreciated.

Intercooler was (is) the only recall (I've had 3).

I think the only '99 TSB was the infamous steering 'clunk' (lower control arm movement) which is only solved by the additon of Herb's washers as Ford's solution (star washers) does little.

There also is a TSB for the drivers rear view mirror vibrating around at highway speeds. Both of the 99's, L inlcuded had it. It is a simple replacement of the mirror.

You can do a search on www.nhtsa.gov and get a list of the problems people have had based on year, make, model.
