It's best to phone SVT (1-800-367-3788) to request your build number and certificate. They don't release build numbers until about 2 months after production stops.
You are also suppose to receive a 1 year free membership to the SVTOA club and Ford Racing Association also.

I bought my 01 Lightning in mid October. As of January I still hadn't received anything from SVT or Team Ford racing.
I called the number for SVT listed in your SVT manual that came with your L. They told me that after September or so the dealer's don't send them the updated information on SVT buyers. So I gave them my Email address and they Emailed me the form you have to fill out and fax back to them to get on their list. They also gave me a username and password to log into the SVTOA website.
A week later I received my build # certificate. Then probably another week later I got my Charter member kit from Team Ford Racing (inside the Oval magazines, literature, hat, etc.)
Actually I have two build # certificates now because the dumb @ss mail man jammed the 8.5"x11" certificate envelope up in my mailbox and bent the crap out of it. My wife called SVT and told them what happened and they very promptly sent me another one free of charge.

So it loks like it will be a while I called svt and they said have to wait until production stops so when i get it i get it thank guy
