i just got my truck today.. veru happy!!!! When i ordered it heasked it i wanted a tow hitch.. i said no because i already have 3 other trucks that can tow... but it got here and it had one.. the more i thought about it i realized that the only option was the bed cover....I didnt want it cause i think it looks more clean. Have any of u taken it off... if so how hard is it? And am i right aobut the option thing.. do they all come with them? Thanks

 

Yes the Leather Cover is the ONLY option availible. I took my hitch off, very easy....

 

ive seen alot off people cutting the wires when removing,but if you follow the wires up to the harness there is a plug,so dont cut the wires

 

Yes...it comes off very easily. 8 bolts hold it on, plus 1 bolt that holds the electrical connector. Shouldn't take more than 15 minutes to get it off (it takes that long because of it's awkward size and weight)
