Question I have a coilpack ? Someone please help!

I am in the process of changing out my stock plugs(FINALLY) with Denso's. My driver side coilpacks all have the same part # on the bottom. (1B0092) I have no clue what it means but anyways. On the driverside my front 3 have the same # (1B0101) still no clue and to confuse me more the back one on the driverside has a # of (1B0103) What the h*ll do these mean? And do I need a 1B0101 on the last plug or do these numbers mean absolutly nothing. If they mean nothing I'll be happy to find out now before I put the back one on, You guys that have changed plugs no why. THANK YOU!
The truck ran fine with these packs on though so its probably nothing.

I don't know what the different numbers mean. When I changed mine out I didn't even look at the numbers on mine. The 01 Ls have a green-colored decal on their top--older Ls had yellow decals. If it was running ok before, don't worry about it.

Good luck,

Dan

I am pretty sure the different #'s are like a build date. Mine have a few different ones as well. No biggy...
