Midwestern Dealerships

Does anyone out there know of a midwestern dealership that offers purchase plans (x paper,etc.) on svt lightnings?
would appreciate the input.

I think just about any dealer in the Detroit area accepts x-plan. Might have something to do with everyone either working for Ford or knowing someone that does.
