I'll get some picks this weekend and post them next week. This is one long chassis, right at 24' long. now I just need a fuel cell, shifter, two speed power glide, and motor (and various other things). I think we are going to try to keep the cost down and build a big block chevy....I know , I know most of you guys bleed ford blue but used Chevy parts are much less expensive and easier to find. Not trying to set the word on fire at this point since the L is the only thing I've ever raced. Hoping to get in the high 8's or very low 9's. I think I may have made a great buy as I got the rolling chassis, some kind of high dollar rear end (you only have to remove five bolts to remove the axles) 2 used and 5 brand new 36" slicks. Only paid $5000.00 for it. Anyone know if this sounds about right?
