[Simple courtesy would have been to contact the vendor or even me, that was not done. [/B][/QUOTE]

I understand where you are coming from, but others may not realize that. Thats all you had to say to start with, instead of coming off kinda harsh. Just my .02. Btw, I've not purchased any of your products but what I can see of them, they look to have top notch quality. Sometimes people just get excited with these things and just don't think, thats all.

I just noticed this thread..but geez..gimme a break..was someone having a bad day or something? No apology or anything? I have been in customer service for 6 years and am curretnly getting ase certified and hope w/ my background I can open my own shop and I can tell you I would never speak to someone like that in person or via the net. Babolt glad ya know what your doin but am also glad you just make these products for your enjoyment because with that attitude you wouldn't make much of a living. And this comin from someone who has considered your products and I have made my decision after seein this thread..

I dont mean to hijack this thread or interfere with the bashing that is occuring but I've had an ongoing problem where I am blowing the fuse that controls my gauge lights. The guages and idiot lights work but after replacing the fuse and giving it a little gas, the fuse for the the illumination lights for the gas, boost, MPH and RPM blows. Ford replaced the fuse panel but it still happens. I'll have to demod again and take it back to Ford.

First of all, I don't know jack about the mechanical functioning of a TB. Hell, I don't even change my own oil So, why am I posting you all ask? Well, since I don't know jack about anything mechanical, I rely on the post and replies on this board alone for any mods I do, have done, or plan on. Also, the knowledge of the vendor I'm buying from. For instance, I spoke to Mike T when buying my chip, and that man is simply the bee's knees! Not only did he know what he was talking about (not that I would know the difference anyway), but damn he was so pleasant and unannoyed by my ignorance. SOLD! I don't know if they're the best or not, but I'm going back on customer service and satisfaction alone.

PS Anyone wanting to flame on me, DROP AND GIVE ME TEN!

so i wiggled around all the wires and replaced the fuse again, so i'll see what happens, if it keep happening back to the dealer with the bitch
try checking to see if the blend door actuator is binding or shorted, this can cause the fuse to pop. it is located in the center of the dash about the air bag (rcm) monitor. Behind the blackplastic trim at the center bottom of the dash. good luck

I know the quality of my products and what they can and cannot do and sad to say I did not build them for a Moron like you. I could give a Rats A$$ who wants to buy them. I would suggest that you take a remedial auto shop class, as the mechanical functioning of the TB will not interfere with the electrical functioning of the door locks. I've spent 30 years in automotive engineering working for the fine company that makes the Lightning and this BS is just too much to read.

This thread is almost a year old.... NO sense in wasting time/bandwidth on it again... The original issue is likely fixed by now...
