I was looking at a 96 with a 4.9 but I'd like something with a bit more getup and go. I've seen a few 93-94s with the 351. What shold I look for and what can I expect from it good and bad. All vechicles have over 100k on them.
Maybe I should go back to the 96??

I also don't think there is any such thing as a 96 Lightning with a 4.9?

I could be wrong.

Gen I Lightnings 1993-95. The motor in all 3 years was a 351.

 

He is looking at a 96 F-150 with a 4.9 "OR" a 93-94 Lightning

 

Oh now I understand...sometimes I get a bit confused...
