Question bassani stainless tips

Does anyone know if the bassani tips can be bought seperately? If so does anyone have the part # and the price? They are by far the best looking that I've seen. I looked on the bassani web site, but it really sucks and gives no info on anything. Thanks, Mike

Thumbs up mbrown

Check with Bob Thompkins. He had to replace his due to blowing them off and running over them, so they have to be available.

Anyone know if these are CHROME? I know the system is stainless so I thinking these are real chrome. Mine have some bad spots on them. If they are chrome I can use a brilo on them right?

The tips are polished stainless. Any good stainless polish is the answer.

Tim,

I used some, but I have some really bad spots that came up quick. I kick myself in the but for not adding some polish when they were new!!

You could work them out with some really fine waterproof sandpaper, like 1200 grit and then use polishing compound and finally polish like Mother's.

Almost any scratches or small pits can be worked out but start with the coarsest grit and work down to the fine grit.

On second thought, you might need to take the tips off and take them to someone with a high speed polisher. I have one, come use it.

Try Bar Keepers Friend. Can be purchased in your local grocery store. Cleans anything stainless without scatching.
