For the last 3 years, the turnouts at your event have NOT been that great.

Not true. The first event was an informal event. The 2nd one had a great turnout, last years was a poor turnout for a few reasons. Mainly because of location, some of it was because of the bad blood between various people.

At the rock last year we had an outstanding turnout for the out of town people. We had 100 participants that came from out of state. Our program was also restricted to Modular only vehicles and no all Ford Bracket racing. Unfortunetely there was no local support for it. The ROCK is a NASCAR and Chevy area and even The Civil Wars cant draw without allowing all types of cars (Chevy, Mopar etc) to participate. This year we're going back to Cecil and opening up the event to all Fords. The turnout will be huge on the Mustang side.

We did work out the details before hand, but everyone is complaining about the rules. We could have just said screw it and left it alone but we are trying to be fair to everyone.
This is a great way to see who is serious and who is not. Walk the talk or not. It's a very good idea. I think that I, Sal, and Johnny are trying to go out of our way to bring what the racers want.

Being a promoter I can't make everyone happy and I"m not going to pretend to try. But we are here to make the majority of what everyone wants to do work.
