Lug Nuts for 2000 Lightning

I have a set of aluminum wheels with drag radials. The wheels require a tappered lug nut. Is there a cross reference for using an existing Ford truck lug nut? Or what is the size I must order from a parts house. None of the tire shops here have any in stock and went to 5 parts shops and they said they had no idea with the course thread. Help please. I am sure they are 14mm, but what is the thread? Is there a suitable Ford replacement part?

If you are just wanting any old lugs the easiest way is to go to the parts store and get some standard nuts for a 2000 up work truck type truck with plain old steel wheels (like the spare) McGard makes some chrome ones, can't remember the part number but I think they are 14x1.5mm

The size you need is 14mmX 2.0. There are no OEM Ford lugs in this size that are tapered seat. You will need an aftermarket lug. The ones I had gotten for my Bajas were made by Gorilla. Most places do not stock this size. Good luck .
