I got under the truck today mainly to check to make sure everything was ok. The shaft scratched the gas tank and bent a hanger on the bassani cat back, thats it!! These pics of the shaft are not that great but in the one you can see where the shaft was rubbing the crossmember before the break. If the old shaft dosent have to be sent away I will take better pics when I get it back.




I know this next one is not that great, The shaft broke at the holes that hold the u-joints in. Kind of ripped the holes away from the back yoke.

 

OMG, Please tell me that's not a Black Gen1 Lightning being used as a parts truck!!

That is a Black Gen 1 that my friend has. It had to of my racing wheels and my shaft in it!! Its not a parts truck. Its actually a plumbing truck!! LOL

 

it might look rough now but by june she'll be tough. im rebuliding it from the ground up....lol

 

richard, we tore down that 99 L engine, im going to go by work today and take some pics of it, the no.4 piston was melted down the side.
