I think this is the most intersting part of the article: manley connecting rods are in this engine.

I guess I better go ahead and start making a few truck payments so I can sucker them out of another loan when it comes out.

I think it's ugly and probably overpriced if they continue to suffer from poor build quality, but I'm probably alone on this one. At least they gave it some ***** and a 6 speed. Only took them 6 years.

Thumbs up Beter late then never!

I just put some cash down to hold an order on the rummor of another sweet ride soon to hit the road from Ford. It is not Supercharged but low 13's is what i hear. Just a rummor!!

I'm keeping the L to race and this one is a collector. Too bad GM pulled the plug on the crapmaro and Fire-chicken. The 2003 Cobra is going to give the ZO6 a run and for less $$$ on the tag. Cast iron block and manley rods!!! Can you say "More Boost and agressive chip."

High RPM, 6 speed ***** kicker. Swap a 3.73:1 gear and some N20!! Oh, momma!!

Chuby owners are not going to be happy that Ford has two cars and a truck wooping their a$$es. At a cheaper price tag too.

Here chevy,chevy!!

I saw in the "rumor" section of the new issue of Truckin' that Ford is supposed to offer the 340HP version of the Supercharged 5.4 as an option on any F150, not just the Harley.

Looks like Supercharged modular V8's are in a lot of Fords lineup in the next few years. So much for being "special".
