back when I had my 99 a lot of talk was made re a 3M film that was die cut and applied to the front end of the vehicle to prevent stone chips. I was sorry I didnt get it then. Now on my 01 Idefinately would like to get some. Does anyone know if it is still available, and if in the long run it lived up to expectations. The white L especially shows stone chips.

I think this is what your looking for. I'm not sure how well it works but it seems like a good idea. I might look into it myself.

 

thanks usa . Thats not the product I remember but it loos even better, There website only shows product for the c vette and mustang. Do they have more. The one I remember was actually a sticky tqpe that requred profesional install.
