Denso gap!

I have read several posts stating that the Densos are pre-gapped. One post said .038. Well, I decided to check mine before I have them installed. Guess what. Not one of them had the same gap. They ranged from .032 all the way to .045. I regapped them all to .040 per Sal's recommendation.

I was just reading Noelvm's post calling for info from owners with blown motors. J15BIG says that he installed his plugs with "whatever they were gapped at out of the box". If his had the same difference in gaps that mine did, what would the results to the motor be?

Denzo's were installed in my truck yesterday and each plug needed to be gapped. They used to come gapped just about right, but this box wasn't. Always check your gaps before you install plugs. Who know's if they've been bent, dropped, gapped wrong, etc.

Mine from PSP were all @.040

The factory plugs were all close to .042
