I got my new sidesteps (pics inside)

Just picked them up today, WOW they look nice!
They should be on the truck tonight!

Can't wait to get these on guys, I do have to say that my body guy said that these needed some pretty good refinishing work to get them perfect. they where cracked on the edges but with a little bondo work they are in good shape and look sweet!

Now I just haver to get my roll pan and I'll be all good on the looks department! and a wiper cowl, and maybe another 1/2 inch drop?

Cut 'Em

I cut the "tabs" off on mine. There is one that I could not see at all. Cut what you can and then just give a jerk, should come off. Might be a better way but that's what worked for me.

Very Nice Can't wait to see what they look like on your truck. I think that the billet ones look better on silver though

It amazes me how many people have asked me if those would hold my weight when I step on them.

I just look at them and say "if anybody steps on them, they will never walk again!" HEHEHEHEHE

You can get them from the ye old body shop #727-847-4268. He's working on the roll pans for our trucks too< I can't wait to get one!

You have to paint them yourself, mine cost me a large pizza and a six pack of coke. HEHEHEHEHEHE

wow

when i saw this post all I cold think of was i huge pair of chrome western side steps or runnin boards sticking off your truck..... But I'm glad to see what you were talking about. I wont refer to them as steps so no one feels the urge to step on them.... I agree with you on that. Those look great though!!
