Looks like he put the Lightning sticker on (or back on) in the wrong spot.

Cool

That is a nice 95L but the price seems awefully cheap!

HIGH ROLLER

You must have missed the time left on the auction. It still has 9 days and 6 hours left. It must have just gone on the block. Most serious bidders wait till the last minute to keep from driving the price too high.

I see two fuel doors - does that mean two tanks? Was that
an option for a gen1 ? But 6.1K for 8400 mi sounds like a
steal.

The final price won't be anywhere near 6k... The seller has set a Reserve ammount to be met (which I'm guessing is more like 13K).... But, that is the cleanest Gen 1 I've ever seen.

I believe that this truck has been rearended. Either that or the guy didn't like the factory tube bumper and the lightning sticker that is on the tailgate. Thats the 93 bumper in 94/95 they changed to a tube bumper. The stickers on the sides are correct and yes they did have two gas tanks. One that runs down the side like the Gen 2's and one that is in the back. Heres a pic of mine.

the tube bumper was a option all the way through 95, they still put the reg. bumper on 94 and 95 too. It is missing the tailgate sticker though. Mbrown, another one of the guys at work has a 94 black L with aluminum heads and a supercharger on it. We built it up this past summer while i had my 01. I'll have videos of him runnin on my laptop tomm. at the track.

later

the 93 & 94 lightning had a sticker on the tailgate.
the 95 lightning didn't have the sticker, it had a SVT emblem on the passenger side.

all gen 1 lightnings have 2 fuel tanks.. even if you didnt want them. they were on every f150 from way before 86 up to 96.

the tubular bumper was an option for all gen 1's.

Brooks is correct. 93s and 94s had the decal on the tailgate and 95 got the SVT badge. The step bumper was standard, with the tube bumper optional all three years. All Gen 1s have dual tanks.

That is a really clean truck. I also spotted the Motorsport mass air conversion under the hood (stock trucks were speed density). If the reserve gets met, that truck should make the new owner very happy.
