Fastest or quickest? The difference between the two words is huge.

I guess Brown's 7.88@179 would be something to shoot for.

i heard tell of a guy named Bill Wallace, out west somewhere, who is running 10's in his Gen2 with nitrous. supposedly, he has rigged it to shoot lightning bolts out the rear (the truck's, not his)
might be an urban legend, or something.

Excuse me for bringing up the English language again, but the fastest lightning on that list only ran about 119 mph. That's not fast , if you ask me. It's incredibly quick and awesome!

Sorry for being **** about the two words, but...

there is a difference.

On a related subject, Ruslow hopes to have the fastest 50 state, smog legal truck this year. He's hoping to run it in the high 170's in one of the Silverstate events (which is why he has that insane cage a few have questioned). He'll need the speed to get close to the average mph for his speed class for about 100 miles!

Spike

I saw that too but avoided pointing out the spelling error. On the other hand, you could use a fast and quick Lightning to herd a bunch of ricers into a parking lot (they travel in groups, like pack animals).

I know Ruslow is fast, but I think Jason has him beat in both the fast and quick department. I'm sure he could go faster than the 179.
