Clunk fix?

Is there anyone that has had this done that would know if they do an allinement with the fix?

I'm going to put the FRPP lowering kit on before I take it in so I don't have to pay for allinement.

Thanks,

Hey 78f1hundo, maybe I'm reading this wrong, but the fix is seperate item then the allignment. They will put on the bolts for you will doing the allignment. Which you need to have done after you do the drop. I just don't understand what you mean when you say that your going to put on the FRPP before so you DON"T have to pay for an allignment!!! To get an allignment and put in the bolts, they will probably charge you $80-$100. Either way good luck. Dageon

When I took mine in for the front end clunk, all they did was lube the steering stops, and 4 months later, knock on wood, no clunk.

Its just a matter of time. It'll clunk in time. Get under you truck and take a look at the driver's side lower control arm. Take a look at the bolt, if you see that it has moved, its a good probability that it is moving. It can move without making the noise. If it moves so does your alignment!
