32v Navigator Engine

If I wanted to upgrade to the 4V heads but not pay 15k for the new engine, would it be possible to take a 32V navagitor engine and replace the internals--rods, pistons, cams, crank.......With that of a Lightning? Would this work or is there something I am forgetting?

I would think that the internals would be the same w/ the exception of the pistons, but I dont know for sure. If I was going to tear it apart I would go through it and bullet proof it which doesn't include stock lightning internals. What type of turbo setup were you planning on using. I think it would be a pretty cool project which should make mad horsepower.
