most stock L's run mid-high 13's....depending on traction of course....
get a couple mods and hes in the 12s though...watch out buddy

There are several trucks on this list with ZERO mods.

 

First off....LS1 or LT1 TA? It will also depend on the level of Mods that each of you have. Give us some more info on both vehicles.

I ran several TA's while stock and won about as many times
as I lost. Is your TA stock?
My money is on the Lightning.

hello. my name is george.... it took alot for me to be able to buy my TA. after all, i needed my wifes permission. she simply wouldnt let me buy a sports car. i contemplated an SS, but she said it was too fast. then i said how about am acura TL-typeS... nice and ricey like the L's taillights (which i never see because i drive a TA), but again, she said no. so, i wanted a GT convert., but i couldnt get financing. i then looked at an '01 Cobra, but my wife put her foot down once again. so, at this point, i had to buy a hoagie 85 K5 with exhaust leaks, lights all over the frikkin place, and a cool edelbrock intake (good for AT LEAST 50hp... and i have the sticker to show all you L' drivers what ive got under the hood!)... so, then since my friend Rob bought a Yamaha Raptor, i decided to get one of those (yeah, i know we had matching SST's and all, but i figured matching Raptors would be cool now too). so, even after my wife complaining and bitching, i had to just get a TA. i just HOPE rob gets one soon!

 

Last seen carousing the Pennsylvania country side in a late model Pontiac Trans AM with someone named George in search of rustic homes to redesign/accessorize.....or something..

 

ok ok ok... listen guys. that TA is FAST. he smokes me ALL the damn time.... i only wish my wife wouldve let me buy that SS that i wanted. now i have to settle for this crappy 6 cyl F150 with rice taillights....

First kill I ever had was a Trans Am. He had a loud a$$ exhaust, so I got in behind him and as soon as we got to the next red it changed....I was off like a flash. He turned off into the nearest shoping center. We didn't run very far, maybe 2 blocks, then we had to slow down because someone was turning across our lanes.
