Will ford void warranty if i have the densos in?
Put back the stockers if you've got 'em
Ford will "try" to void your warranty anyway they can.
HOWEVER, good luck trying to put the blame on the plugs for blowing the motor. If you have time AND still have the old plugs - put them back in. I would be interested in seeing what the Denso's looked like too. The best advice I've heard if Ford voids your warranty; have the dealer install a new motor, pay w/ CC and challange the charge with your issuing bank.

I don't know. It depends on how **** they want to be. If they say anything just tell them you changed them after the ticking started. You thought it might be a loose plug leaking air around it.

Worse comes to worse, you're talking about waiting until august to rebuild the L. Well, once you dive into it, and upgrade the rods, etc etc. there goes your warranty no matter what, so you might as well try your best! Oh, and if you choose to sell it, can I call dibs on the bed cover and Kenwood HU?
Plugs are a Maintenance Item. They should not be able to void your plugs due to that. All you have to say is that your funny about things and you were told that these are better than stock...
Or like others have said, You tried to fix things by changing plugs, or you had to do it to get it home, then it let loose...

They should NOT void your warranty as plugs are a maintenance item. Hope you saved your stockers to show them.

obtw, do NOT let them keep them under any circumstances.
Ferrari's advice is good IMHO

Remeber, they arent completely stupid.
I would mention that when it happened, the motor was under load... Like going uphill, or maybe getting on the freeway (acceleration lane).
State the obvious, because they are already thinking it. For example, say "I was accelerating to get on the freeway and I heard and felt it go... I figured it was going to be bad.." or something like that.
If you play a complete idiot, they might treat you like that.

Chances are the Service Reps will be on that level. So you'll more than likely have to act like a moron.
