anyone know how to get the door panles off of a 2000 ranger regular cab ? My room mates girl friend got some new speakers and I got elected to help install them and did not want to mess up the door pannels.

well before this i had a 94 ranger. i am going to guess that it is similair.

first:
take off the window crank, pop the casing off, to see the hex head screw underneith.

next:
there should be a screw (phillips) up by the rear view mirror, another one around the handle and one on the bottom of the door (opposite corner as the first)

last:
slide the door panel up...mine was kinda sticky so it took some effort.

Um ya its a lightning board and I am a lightning owner. I would have gladly asked on the ranger forum but there is not one here and I know the people here are always a helpful bunch and as ford owners I was fairly sure someone here had worked on one.

Now if it took up to much of your time Vruhm to read the post that was clearly labled RANGER help then why did you read it ? This is the only coment I am going to make reguarding your post if you feel the need to take it farther be my guest or you can send me email I would not want to take up any more of your time making you read usless posts.
