svt shawn,

If you do a search on plugs, you will find the info you need, but I will let you in on a little.

I would go with the NGK TR-5s. I have the TR-6s, which are just as good but are better for nitrous applications.

Shawn:

I ran stock plugs with a 3lb pulley, air filter, th/body, and oil breather cap on my daily driver to 18,500 miles. I put in NGK BR7EFs then when I changed to a 5lb. pulley. The stocks ran fine(12.791@106.59)--no problems at all but, when I pulled them and looked at them under a lighted magnifying glass, the ground electode platinum 'pad' was burned/worn away.

The NGK TR 5s would be fine for you unless you plan to add more boost--then one of the others(TR6s, BR7EFs, or Densos) would be safer.

I'm on the teeter-totter about the Densos.I'd like some hardcore feedback on them when you do change them.I just helped rscoleman put TR-6s in his last night. So far he's happy.I was thinking more toward the Densos though.

I'll let ya know. I'm pretty sure that NGK makes an Iridium plug, also. I don't know if anyone here is using it though.

I agree with TR5

After playing with several different plugs and fouling out a few my opnion would be to go with the NGK TR5. I also drive my truck everyday and have about the same mod's you listed. The idle is real smooth and the plug is not to cold for everyday stop and go driving.

I have have had no issues with the tr6's and being one step colder than the tr5 they have a little insurance against detonation. Stock plugs appear to have problems getting rid of the heat on any added boost or anything that adds heat to a stock motor. The Densos appear to be a good choice but are pricy. Do not use antisieze. These motors only have about 4 threads that hold the plugs in and the plugs are known to work loose.
