I want to lower the back of my L 4" what is best way?

I already purchased Belltech 2" coils for the front, and now I am ready to drop the rear. I already have 2" shackles, so the logical thing to do would be hangers. Does anyone have an input on installing the front hangers? I really want to keep the excellent ride of the truck, but I am open to suggestions!

Thanks,
Jimmy

4" will sit lower than the front if you only did Belltech springs. 3" is level.

4" will bottom out on rough roads. 3" is a much better ride.

Hangers are a bit*h to do.

I'd look for an alternative for that extra inch. Remember to install pinion shims if you go that low.

This is a true 3" front, 4" rear(28.5" to the ground in all four corners).

Rich - nice ahhhh, shirt yea, nice shirt

TAKECOVER - what you do is take off the rear springs and leave the stock shocks on. That should give you the height you want. Seriously though, consider what Rich said, a 3" would better.

Good point, I forgot about the truck already dropped 1" in the back! I would need to do a 3" drop in the rear to keep the truck level then. Thanks guys, I do not want to be lower in the rear for sure!!
