'01 Wheel on a '99

I have a '99 F150, will the 01 Lightning wheels fit? I love the way they look and I am looking to upgrade.

No, unless you are willing to buy new hubs. The 99s have 12mm studs and the 2001s have 14mm studs. I am sure with enough money anything is possible but it is not a direct fit. Do not know of anybody doing this, but spike would know. Help me out here spike.

yes they will work you just need to use the right lugs nuts.its is the stud that is smaller not the hub

One of my friends put the 01 wheels on his 98 STX after having the 00 wheels, so I think that they will fit your 99. Hope this helps. His username is Steven1642 if you would like to ask him about the install.

yes they will fit. i dont think the 2mm difference makes a difference.

i put the 01 wheels on my 98 like damon said about 2 months before i sold it.

go to the galleries and look at steven1642 gallery.
you can see pics of the old red truck there.

i can assure you that they will fit.
good luck.

oh yeah and if you are still wondering they bolt straight on. no new hubs.

I wish

My truck by ya'lls standards is nearly bone stock, but I'm working on it and maybe one day with enough money and bloody knuckles I'll be able to run with some of ya'll

Thumbs up

i just put a set of 2001 lightning wheels on my 98 lariat. they fit like a glove on the hubs, no problem at all. just get some 12mm lug nuts for a 99 lightning and you wiil be fine.
