Programming Shift Points

Hey guys, I was wondering if anybody has any information on programming new shift points and firming up the shifts, without installing a chip and running premium fuel, or having to do any tranny mods? This is along the lines of what I'm talking about.
Except this one is good for programming only 1 vehicle, so your pretty much held to purchasing it for $325us. But is there any other programmers that performance shops use that be used to program multiple vehicles? I'd like to just pay to firm up my shifts and change the shift points. Is anyone familiar with these?

I have seen these for the early Fords and all GM vehicles, but not for later trucks and especially not for Lightnings. Hypertech states that they don't have any idea if they will ever have one for the Lightnings

There are issues with raising line pressure with a chip, a chipis fine to change shift points, but for duration (firmer shifts) use a shift kit. There's an article about them on Sal's web site, take a minute to read it.
