Last week I was waiting at a light behind a BMW 540. The guy was talking on his cell and shuffling thru some papers on the passenger side of the car. I've had my fill of getting caught twice at a light because someone wasn't paying attention when it changed. I looked both ways to make sure nothing was coming then laid down on the air-horn. (I was in my work vehicle.) The guy never even checked to see if the light had changed or not. He just hammered right through. It was a camera enforced intersection.
