The bike looks great! I'm surprised Ford let them tape some of the Proving Grounds. Harley has been out there testing for some time. When we were out their doing our hot weather development, they would close down the track and do high speed laps at 140mph. Those guys were nuts.

It would be 115 deg or more and they are out in full leather gear for hours in the sun. It was just crazy seeing these guys flying on the track. I've sweated my A$$ of in those soak sheds over the last 8 years.

Never did it in full leathers and it was hot as he!!.
Gotta admire those guys sticking their neck out in that heat and testing proto-type engines at over 100mph on a bike.

No Harley for me , but I might be at FFW in Orlando

 

Look me up,I'll be at the Ramada surfside,south atlantic ave in Daytona March 2nd thru 14th. I'll be on my bike,maybe towing it with the L,that would be cool!!

 

I'll be at Daytona all week since i live in orlando. my parents are coming down also, they work at harley in milwaukee.

 

If I get all these new parts installed in time I'm gonna bring the L for alittle track time!!

 

 

I just shut the TV off, the birth of the V-Rod was cool, and the Jessie James motorcycle mania's were awesome. Thanks Don for calling me and reminding me that they were on tonight.

Thats cool, thats my plan if I get my truck, and the cage done in time I am planning a little trip. Maybee we can follow each other down.

 

I might have to bring mine to JDM to have him install some of this stuff in this boxes here!! BTW Jesse is cool,I met him last year and got his autograph!!
