Have you uploaded them to your pc yet? After you do that, you'll have to store them on a location on the internet, such as personal web space provided by your ISP (internet service provider). Once the images are stored there, you can show them directly in the body of your post by putting the URL (internet location) of the pic in <img> </img> (replace the <>'s with []'s for UBB) tags.
Alternatively, you can attach pics by using the option at the bottom of the post screen - click the browse button and the file will be there as a link in your post. This is probably the better method, since the folks that are dialing up won't have to wait for the pics to load if they don't care to see them.
