They are direct bolt ins. and are available from your local ford dealer for about 400$

I did mine about a month ago and IMO They look a whole lot better than the 99's. Definatly worth the money

 

The 01 lights are a direct replacement and they look a whole lot better than the originals. Sometimes you can get them on ebay for resonable prices. I got mine from fordpartsonline cause they were cheaper than at the ford dealer.
