Guys,

I see you all making sweet GIF files of your L's doing Burnouts or multiple shots of your truck. What software do I need to get to make these files? I am guessing it has a convert feature from BMP & JPG to GIF? Thanks for any info,help, or links you provide!!

They are animated gifs.. Basically a stack of gifs that are changed one frame at a time and linked into one file that plays the stack in sequence. I think photoshop 6.0 lets you make animated gifs and there are shareware apps that do as well..
Good Luck.... DOnt make the gif too big... the size gets big fast when youare stacking pictures...

Gamani gif movie gear is the bomb! It has some nice optimization features to make your gifs smaller in size, and its a really easy program to use. Go to www.gamani.com and download a trial, if you like it let me know....

 

The program that I use is Paint Shop Pro. I comes with Animation Shop included. I can be found at Best Buys on sale for $79. You can't go wrong with it.

 

I have photoshop 6.0, which i downloaded, so now i just gotta figure out how to animate with it.
