Alternative to traction bars

Saw this on Crank and Chrome tv show and was wondering if this Active Suspension Setup would be equivalent to a traction bar setup.
Any thoughts on this ???

That doesn't look like it would prevent axil wrap at all. It looks like it is more designed for towing heavy loads.

I bought it for towing and was hopeing it would help at the track. I still get the same 60's.
