HID's

I received the Sylvania Xenarc X2010 HID kit & installed it on my 01 L today. Very easy install, the supplied harness hooks up to the existing harness, then to the HID capsules which are a direct replacement for the entire headlight assembly. The only wire change is a direct attachment to both battery cables incorporated into the new harness. 30 minutes for the whole job. The HID relay, fuses & everything are aready in the provided harness. These units have an HID low beam that burns in low & high beam, & a H9 bulb for high beam in the headlight also.

I believe the kit is $899.00 now @ the Osram Sylvania website.

How much better do they light up the road?
Any pics in the dark with 'em on? Next to stock in the dark?

Flord,
No, I'm not in the Lighting business at all. I just installed them on my L.
