new race car
ok so it isn't a race car, but i did get a loaner escort when i took my L in for repairs today 
actually got to race a gen 1 L on my way back from the dealer, beleive it or not i actually hung with him, hmmm,, well maybe he didn't notice i had it pegged to the floor cause you'd have to have a microphone to hear this teeny engine rev up. You never fully apreciate the spead of an L till you get back into a slow *** escort, anyways, its been fun to drive the loaner, racing it all around town wherever i go cause it feels cool to race people that i know will lay the smack down on me, i only wish i had it riced out though, i've always wanted to be a ricer in disguise, once i get my winter beater car, i think i 'll have to add a wooden spoiler and a pvc piping intake along with the typical coffea can exhaust, its fun to do when you know you have a truck thats fast as h:ll : )

LOANER CAR
Hell when my L was in for an engine repair they gave me a for focus the slow one P.O.S. it was like 0-60 in like some time next week!! It almost killed me getting up on the interstate not enough power to get up fast enough without getting run over!! By the time i was up to the speed limit i had to slow back down it had no power at all!!
By the time I got back into my truck I was ready to get rid of that thing but, when I did it felt like my L had wings more power than when I bought it felt like a rocket on rails!!! Hell on wheels for about a week until I got used to the truck again!! It was fun while it lasted!! So when ever I have a need for speed I go rent a slow car for a week then get back into my L!!
