Need Help With Magnapack 14416 install
Hey all,
I am planning on installing the magnapacks along with the x-pipe just like ****** did. But i just read on a recent thread that the install might require mandrell(sp?) bending and that a lot of shops cant do that. Right now I have dual 40series flows. What else will be required for this new setup. On that link to ******s setup it looks like everything after the mufflers is different than what he started out with. Will new pipes have to be bent for this setup? If thats the case than I will probably need new tips to, right?
If bending is required, can anyone recommend a shop around the bay area that does it.

Joe - Every thing after the mufflers was new and was custom made at the time it was installed. We did however reuse the stock tips. This picture you are refering to shows how it looked before we took that Magnaflow 12568 off. The difference in muffler size and install angle made it necessary to redo everything. I can't help you with finding a shop out that way but look around and find someone that can do mandrel tube bending.
