Think about BOOST in your motor....

Ok, lets see how you respond to this....

If you add alot of Boost either by pulleys or NOS, dont you think you need to get rid of some backpressure as well? If you run high boost you are creating more pressure inside you motor, sounds easy enuff right? One good thing to help this is Headers, High Flow Cats, & cat back. If you really put it together it makes since. What goes in must come out!!!

Yes, what goes in must come out and a good exhaust is a good starting point. Ideally though, a cam{or cams} with more lift and or duration on the exhaust side would be the ticket.
Also, and this may be a little off the subject, blower motors tend to work better with a wider lobe seperation so that it doesnt bleed off boost during the overlap period.

I put headers on the new motor. Will not be running NOS. Just a 4# pulley. Faster it goes in, Faster ya gotta get it out.

Just like I tell my wife when I fart, She says I am sick, I say I am healthy cause I have a good exhaust system in Me. LOL
