No loaner car?

No loaner car?
I made an apiontment to have the intercooler recall done, and the service manager told me I can't get a loaner car because the work will be completed in 1 day. Is this standard Ford policy, I also have the ESP if that makes a difference.

I have ESP and have recieved a Loaner everytime. Many times I drive it to work and back to the dealer same day...
There is a printout of the Premier service description for the Recall on one of the sites. I believe it also includes Picking up your truck and dropping it off in some cases.

I have a 2001 so I didn't get the recall letter. From what I heard and I may be wrong, I thought a loaner car was part of the recal.
I would call SVT or read the letter, and see if it is indead part of the recal.
