the word on clear tails
here we go round and round again,but anyhow, anyone know who has the tails in stock.....besides ford at & $340 for the set. KarKraft has them for lke 289, they don't look like the ford lights though even though it says oem. Another company was supposed to email me when they came in somewhere after the first of the year, haven't heard anything yet.

Suck up to your parts guy at dealership. The retail price is the only thing that changed. The dealer cost is the same. My invoice says list price $167.xx/ea but the price charged was under $30/ea. Not bragging, just trying to show the benefits of befriending your parts person.

4apc.net has some pretty interesting aftermarket altezzas for the L/f150. If they don't have what you are looking for, ebay is the place to look to get a cheep price unless you can get in with your parts guy.

there is a guy on ebay selling used ones, but his story isn't quite jiving. He says they are oem ford. Has a bid for 9 bucks on them, so i emailed him and asked what he wanted for them to out right sell, couldn't give me an answer......I'll check out LFP and talk to Mark.
