My '01 L got the JL chip and 4 lb pulley and it really woke up my L.
Just as important, it worked right without any messing around.

Now it smokes the tires in 2nd gear like it used to do it 1st gear. Haven't got to the track yet w/ the mods but expect 12.8 or so.

You will do better than 12.8 if you launch good. I went 12.50 on just a 3lb,Fliter,&Chip!!
