Seat Help

I need to remove the lumbar support **** and can't get it to come off. The manual looks like it just pulls off but mine won't budge without almost pulling out the whole works...HELP anyone??

The book is right they do just pull off they are a real bit$h to get off you just have to play with it a little bit its is frustrating but it will come off
