Damn dude, sorry to hear about that. The rims are like $250 each, might be able to find them alittle cheaper. Tires are around $200 each. Im not to sure how much a axle is but It cant be that bad!!!

Good luck!!

Unfortunatly I dont think you can use just any 9.75" rear end either. The shock mounts on the axle is stagard and unqiue to the Lightning (or so I read at one time). But then I would could be wrong. Try going to a junk yard and find some 5.4L F150's and/or Expeditions with the 9.75" rear end and pick one up for cheap.

Sorry to hear of your problem andrew. Actually even though there staggered, the shock mounts can be grinded out and re-welded to position them correctly. Just make sure you change your fluid afterwards as welding can burn it. I reversed my stock set up to the standard position and back to staggered already in the name of traction so any one thinking of doing this...leave it staggered.

As I first said, you may be able to find them cheaper....

I always like to look at it in the worst way and anything better than that makes it cheaper....

Andrew...sorry to hear about your loss. I know someone who did the exact same thing...snapping the wheel off of the rear axle. These trucks do not like curbs...as a lot of us had learned. The rear axle...just for the part is $1200...not to mention replacing caliper, brake pads, rotor, ect. Good thing you have insurance huh? Hope it all works out for ya.

Andrew that's a real bummer. Glad nobody got hurt. Give me a call if I can help you get it back on the road.
