Since I've lowered the truck I seem to hear what I believe is the front end clunk?? When i am making sharp turns, like in a parking lot or reversing, i hear this loud clunk! It did not do it before i got the FRPP kit and now it does it occasionaly... I am guessing that Ford will not warranty it since I have aftermarket suspension now.

Put grease on the spindle stops and it will probably go away..

 

I noticed the same thing after I had my FRPP kit installed. The technician greased what he called 'steering stops' and I haven't heard the noise since. That was almost 2 months ago.
