I like my electric fan and waterpump i got from Sal,I have mine on a 3-way toggle switch under the dash and also dynoed these 2 mods and gained 2HP and 8ft.pounds of torque. This is a nice mod especially for cooling in between runs and staging along with my spal intercooler fans!

Thanks guys, I was not aware it did away with the shaft. Looks great. I guess the 160, Cobra R pump, Electric fan are a good mod combo!!!

Richard,
I did all three, and I would give it a thumbs up for sure. Great Mod, and if you decide on the JDM electric fan kit it looks factory, great quality, and uses all ford parts.

The mod is pretty easy. Hardest part is removing the old parts. Looks great and works great.
NXsilversvt,
Consider yourself lucky then
When i do my dynoing i almost always do a before and after dyno done on the same day with every mod i put on unlike most people that dyno there truck they add a mod and have it re dynoed 2 months later and use those numbers which art not going to be nearly as accurate as they could be.Also i will add that as of late there has been quite a few people using STD correction instead of SAE correction and that alone is a big difference between them. All in all to do it right everyone needs to be on the same page like same day dynos and using the same correction factor or there results are meaningless!
