Caka, I have a Bell Tech 3/4 with Western Chassis 2inch A-arms and a C-sectioned rear frame. I spent maybe around $1200. to lower my Lightning.

Andrewjhaley, Yes with the 20 inch rims and the lowering the handling has improved. I just like the look and stance of a lowered truck.

Speedracer29, I got the rims from Factory Reproductions
1-800-824-2676 web site www.factoryreproductions.com
They have 2001 18 inch rims too.

Thumbs up tber

Go to this ebay link and copy the toll free number. .ebay link The Wheel Exchange, ask for Jason, and tell him that Tim Lazenby told you to call. He'll give you the best possible price he can. They need to move some wheels and tires before the end of the year.

I ordered a set of 20" Lightning replicas, Dunlop Sport 9000 tires, lug nuts included, mounted and balanced for $2770 total. That's delivered in two days too. Real nice guy.

DJY1,
Man I just love the look of that truck w/that drop. I wish I could drop mine that low but there would be no way I would be able to drive it around where I live or I would be replacing oil pans and front bumpers every month??? Does it bounce or is it a nice stiff ride?? Also do u have any pics of the c-notch installed (weld on or bolt on)
Later

Smok'n L, My ride is not bouncy at all it is some what like the stock ride just a very little stiffer. I have the right combination in shocks I have Edelbrocks shocks in the front and Doesch Tech shocks in the rear. I had to experment with different shocks till I got the smooth ride I got.
For the C-section: I plasma cutted out each side of my frame and bolted the C-section plates on. I'll try and take a picture later. djy
