ok,, here goes story,,, and yes it was a mean thing to do....
Last night driving out of blockbuster video on southfield road in Allen Park, i saw a cop in the denny's parking lot with his radar gun on all the people driving by. I then went in to turn around after stoping in work and got stuck at a red light about maybe 20 yards from the denny's parking lot,,, i couldn't see the cop but knew he was there from seeing him from the other direction on southfield. the truck next to me was a chevy s-10 extreme,, and he wanted to race bad,, he kept reving his engine and looking at me. Knowing there was a cop nearbye and being insulted that his crappy s-10 thought it could beat me, i revved my L and gave him the nod to race.
To make the story short,, light turned grean and he gunned it spun some tire and flew bye the coop,,, now me,, i hardly put my foot on the gas and watched as the cop spun out of denny's to surely ticket the crap out of that s-10,,, sure it was a mean thing to do to the kid, ( looked about 15-16 years old) but lets just say there was a satisfying smile on my face from the whole deal.

I did the same thing to a camaro about three weeks ago except the cop was behind me and I thought ******** saw him, he reved the engine a few times wanting to race so I figured WTF lets go! When the light turned green he bolted like a bat out of hell and I just sat there needless to say the cop blew by me and pulled the camaro I gave a little toot of the horn and wave as i went past.
Good Job Toast!! Being native to that area as well, I am always running into young people in their S10's or Dakota's who think they stand a chance. I dont even waste the gas. Besides, those Allen Park cops are sneaky.
If you see another cop driving with his lights off get his name and car # if he pulls you over and report him to the dept. He'll get called on the carpet for that stunt.

Warn him? I doubt he'd have warned you. Look at it this way, he won't be running his mouth about the time he raced a Lightning, he got the excitement he was looking for and you didn't have to waste any rubber or gas on what would have been a pointless race.
Being a winner doesn't always mean being the fastest. Sometimes it's about being smarter and using what you know.

That was a terrible thing to do!
My uncle lives in allen park, off of Champaign. He has a allen park cop living next door. I'll pull up in the L when he's outside and i'll give the truck a few revs to see him stare. I just smile.
The redford cops are bad. They have a little ticket making session mon-fri during rush hour on north bound tellegraph before I-96. Just as you go under the Rail road tracks pointing the laser right at you. Making their quota for the month and then some. Bast#rds!

Thats great!
I did that once almost
This kid in a T/A pulled up next to me and we both new we wanted to race, well I did a little brake TRQ to clean my wheels and he did too. Then I noticed the cop in the rear of my mirror waiting back there to get us both I think. well I just sat there and the kid in the T/A just smoked his tires and took off like a bat out of hell! The cop turned his lights on and got his ****. As I drove past them the cop got out of his car and pointed at me as I drove by, HAHAHAHAHHA. I just waved to him and kept on going.
Needless to say they all want me at the tinely park police depertmant!
TO FUNNY!

I've been bit by both Allen Park and Redford cops. AP for expired tags and RDFRD for no right turn on red in my new Bolt. FYI, Taylor has a fixed radar trap as you head south on Telegraph going under the I94 underpass, on the right in that furniture store parking lot. They work there religiously.
